Hi there, a private room (with shared bath) is available from Sep 9, 2023, at Charleston Greene Apartments community, Malvern, PA. This is a 2-bedroom townhome with a good kitchen and living room area. In-unit laundry is available. Parking is also available for your car if you have one.

I will be your roommate and we can share all the power, utility, and internet charges. There is a Verizon Fios Gigabit connection already set up at home.

Note: I will be renewing the lease for another year starting on 09/09/23. I would prefer a roommate who wishes to share the home for no less than a year.
