It’s very large bedroom (18 X12), with built-in book shelves, 2 large walk-in closets (one entirely made of cedar wood for winter clothing, one for regular clothes. It comes furnished with a black platform queen size bed, desk, chair, round papasan chair, floor is covered with wall to wall carpet. It has direct access to a spacious bathroom equipped with a large (jacuzzi size) bath tub that is shared with a tenant in an adjoining bedroom.

Shared common areas for all occupants in the house:

• Upstairs Living Room, a Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen and a Sun Room that opens to a backyard.

• Downstairs: very spacious living/rec room with a futon, love seat to watch TV, an alcove with table, chairs, microwave to eat or study.

Laundry Room is in a separate area next to the large bathroom.

Utilities and monthly house cleaning are split five ways among 5 tenants. (roughly $150.00 per tenant). All the windows in the house have been newly replaced with new eco insulated windows (which will help reduce the utilities costs.)

Landlord takes care of:

• House maintenance of the Central Heating & Air Conditioning

• Maintenance of the front and backyard, and gutter cleaning.

• Monthly house cleaning.

OFF-STREET PARKING available for rent : $100.00 per month.

At this time, there is only one male recent Georgetown U. grad in linguistics who will be staying on for the coming year (Aug 23-July 24). This tenant has his own room upstairs.

As for myself, I am the owner/landlady of the house, but do not live in the house. I am looking for new serious tenants to occupy the remaining four bedrooms. Ideally they will be respectful of other tenants and of the property.
