Sean's room

A room in a half-underground basement apartment in a large house. Right off of NW 21st, 1 block from bus/streetcar, close to max station at Providence Park (red and blue lines). Perfect for the carless, will need to get a permit/use street parking for any vehicles. Laundry room on site, just need your own detergent, otherwise it’s free. I have some stuff in the living room, but it would be yours to set up as you like. No first, last month, or deposit needed, no move in fee. Looking to have someone who can stay at least through the current lease, which is about a year (until november first, 2024).

I (40m) have been here since 2008, with friends and family as roommates prior. I’m a night owl with an afternoon job, tend to be quiet/laid back at home. For price and location (plus an actual landlord, not a company) it’s been worth staying around for this long for me (no car, have mainly worked downtown). I have two Guinea pigs as far as pets. Would prefer to meet and show the place as far as vetting, otherwise I can adjust to whoever with whatever schedule (have had 6 different people live here over the years). Up to date on vaccine/boosters.
