Looking for responsible professional interested in a little slice of paradise right here in Vacaville. Since this is a communal environment where all parties must be compatible, the terms are month to month for a clean break due to mismatch, issues or otherwise-so stay a month or stay awhile-you choose. It’s not just a room in someone else’s house, its a community with two clean, funny, upbeat, accommodative, and reliable professional females. $800 for room with ALL utilities included. I can furnish the room if needed. Garage for additional storage with large capacity washer and dryer for laundry, plenty of street parking & driveway, house located across the street from a park, salt water pool/Jacuzzi, and Gazebo patio for entertaining friends and family. No pets, smoking, drugs, drama, etc - generally speaking a safe and peaceful environment you can call home.
