Very nice modern 2BR, 2BR apartment in Island Estates off of Clearwater Causeway in between CLW/CLWBeach. Landlord and his fiancée lives adjacent. Very nice people I lived here all last winter. Central AC, TVs in front and both bedrooms. I’m a very pleasant generous gracious 54 yr. old guy simply seeking company, support through prostate cancer treatment over the winter.
