My roommate is moving out of SD around end of June, so looking for someone to take over his part of the lease. Ideally would to lock in for a 6-month/1-year lease, but short term could work too.

The apartment comes with a spacious yard, parking spot (tandem) and your own bathroom. Rent is $1700 and a water fee of $50. Electricity and wifi will be split with me.

About the roomies

I’m a 26 year old software engineer. I go to the office 4 days a week and spend about half of my free time at my girlfriend’s place. I like to play golf or just enjoy the sun outside!
