Parking is included, spots are right outside the house as well as plenty of guest spots. Just a couple minute walk away from the community pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas to relax under. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. (Must be okay with dogs)

The house currently companies a single man in the upstairs master bedroom with one dog; and a couple in their 20s downstairs with another dog. All very friendly people. You are free to use the kitchen as you please. Washer and dryer are located downstairs for you to use as well. Shared responsibility for common use items such as trash bags and dish soap would be appreciated
