I’m looking for someone to take over my lease on the edge of North Charleston/Ladson beginning in mid-August. I have an opportunity to move out of state but adore my current apartment complex. The apartment is a 1-bed, 1bath, but is open-format and spacious. The complex requires a background check with a $75 fee. If you pass the check and move in, I’ll reimburse the $75 fee for you. The apartment complex has a pool, grilling areas, dog park, and a gym. The apartment can be partly furnished for an agreed upon fee, or empty for you to start brand new! The lease term goes from mid-August until February 20th 2024. You can choose to extend the lease after that point with the complex. Rent with trash/pest is $1537.
