You will be provided a private room (unfurnished), shared kitchen and bathroom in a brand new house with new appliances, and the rent includes all utilities, internet, laundry and parking. Digital lock entry to the house and 24x7 security cam, front & back yard and lots of natural light. The house is right by the Auburn Hills and close to Oakland University, UWM and Amazon. Background check is mandatory.
