About the roomies
I’d prefer to have a gay person of maturity who may be new to the area and just trying to find a place so in that way you can rent long term or short. I just renewed my lease for another year until July 2024. I’ve been here for a year. I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I do some gummies from time to time to help sleep. I’m quiet and relatively new to the area (a year).
