Oregon Street

Chill cozy spot in quiet North Park area. In a gated area with 7 other houses. Not a huge room but not too bad, will be partially furnished with some things in the living room, kitchen, etc. I own 2 very cool chill funny cats but have an air purifier always running with an automatic litter box, they are very nice and low maintenance, but I’d pay $100 more/month ($1300) in fairness! Washer/dryer not included but steps away outside in the community washer/dryer building which our building is closest to.

26 year old guy, likes to go out, watch sports, game, lift, getting into surfing, going to concerts/festivals, watching good movies & shows, etc. Fav genres of music are hip hop and electronic. Graduated from University of Colorado Boulder in 2020. Smoking/drinking friendly. Half of pics are from Zillow when it was unfurnished, others since furnished but all the items in your room in the last 2 pics would be gone obviously. hmu if you want to see anything else!
