Best for ONE person, or a couple. Month-to-month (prefer 1 year commitment), all utilities included (trash, gas, water, electricity, wifi). Rent is due on the first of every month. Off street parking.

Unfurnished - detached 1 bedroom/in-law suite/ADU with kitchen and bathroom. There is a gas stove and refrigerator - NO dishwasher. The front house and the back house are connected by a laundry room that is accessed from the outside. The backyard area and laundry are the only shared space. I require first months rent and security deposit. You will need to provide a credit/background check to insure the quietness and safety of the property.

Adult professional lives in the front house, work locally and have lived in the space for over 7 years.
