I am looking for two housemates to fill two unfurnished rooms in a wonderful house in the Bayview on August 1 (with flexibility to move in slightly earlier). The two rooms have a shared bathroom. The house has a washer/dryer, a nice yard, and two free parking spots for compact cars. Rent is $1400 plus utilities per room. Looking for a 1 year lease commitment. Couples are welcome to rent both rooms (one as the bedroom and one as an office).

Must love dogs as I have a 1 year old Bernedoodle named Rocket!

My name is Shoshana, I rent the downstairs room in the house and have my own downstairs bathroom . My parents own this house and I act as the landlord. I am a Special Ed teacher and I enjoy doing ceramics and exploring the city in my freetime.

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for a renter that is committed to keeping the common areas of the house clean! I am looking for someone who is very comfortable around dogs.

While my block is great, there are areas of Bayview that are largely underserved. Please make sure this is an area you are comfortable with before scheduling a visit. I am happy to answer any questions about the house and the neighborhood!
