It is a 3 bedroom 1.5bath apartment off-campus 5min drive to ESU or 15min walk to ESU (also with bus stops 3-5min walk away). The lease is 1yr from July 2023 to June 2024. The monthly rent is $675/mo utilities included (including wifi, electric, gas heat, garbage, sewer/water, AC, washer/dryer, basement storage, & backyard). Apartment ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, basement stair access, laundry room, full bath with shower, and yard access. Apartment first floor consists of 3 individual bedrooms and the half bath (sink & toilet only). Looking for a roommate who is relaxed/chill, very clean/very organized in the shared spaces, responsible, mature, and no drama. Landlord doesn’t allow any pets of any kind. Hello, I’m Kristian! I am one of the roommates and am currently attending ESU. I am a senior, majoring in Communications with a dual concentration in Public Relations and Social Media. I also have a double minor in Economics/Finance and Psychology. I love to travel, go hiking and adventuring, try new restaurants and recipes, photography, and spend time with friends and family. I am pretty quiet, easy to get along with, enjoy meeting new people, keep to myself at times, and live a clean lifestyle. Cleanliness is very important to me in the shared spaces.
