Mike's room

I’ve got a couple rooms in the basement for rent. They are not the biggest but adequate for most. The laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen would be shared. There is a full fridge and freezer up and down. One of the rooms has a bed already in it. Id move it out if you didn’t need it. If you have any other questions please ask!

It’s located in country club manor just a hop and skip from mayo! I live on this property by myself. I work for Benike construction and have a girlfriend that lives north of cities so I’m home mostly on weekdays! I work days so would prefer roommates with similar schedules due to being a light sleeper any other questions please ask.
