The property is in a tranquil area in West Shawnee Kansas near K7 & 435. 20 minutes away from Overland Park & 35 minutes from Kansas City Missouri. Near Shawnee Mission Lake, near hiking & biking trails. Parking spot in the driveway, the room is furnished with a 6-drawer chest & full-size bed, plus your own full bathroom. The kitchen, living area, & basement used as a TV room & workout section will be shared with me.

My new roommate will be living with me, I am easygoing, private, a non-smoker & no pets I work from home full time. LOOKING FOR: Female, roommate that works 9 am -5 pm. non-smoker, responsible, quiet, easy-going, respectful, considerate, and clean with no pets, no guests.
