Bedrooms are all spacious and have adequate closet space for your things. High speed internet less than 10 for your part. Utilities sit way under 80 a person for everything. No pets allowed unless caged.

My name is Talon I am 28 years old, full time licensed massage therapist and student at FRCC. I spend my time studying, going to the gym, work and school. Abby is a little younger than myself and works throughout the week 9-5. We both keep to ourselves and rarely have people over so the living area is usually free to hangout in. We are keen on having roommates that clean after using the kitchen so we all have access to utensils for cooking throughout the week. (you would not need to bring any cookwear or utensils). No smoking in the condo, we are fine with alcohol just be responsible.
