Bedroom for rent with its own private bathroom. Pool and gym access and conveniently located 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and other shopping areas. Good size closet and pet friendly (I have a cat and ball python who are both very friendly) rent is 1225 but split down the middle would be a little over 600.

Just me that is living there with my 2 pet animals. My 8 year old daughter visits on the weekends until her mother gets her in New Mexico. I am always quiet, I work M-F 8-5 and keep to myself.
