Hi! I am looking for someone to sign a new lease as of August 1st. The rent is $1200 for the master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. First, last and deposit is due upon signing the lease. The HOA requires a background and credit check. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, and includes access to a pool, gym and club house. It is close to all stores.
