David's room

Room for rent in Lake Wildwood gated community. 3 bedroom/3 bath with 2 others and a yellow lab living in house. 3rd full bathroom is in garage. Parking for one more vehicle in driveway. Internet and utilities included. Access to lake and golf course in neighborhood. Tenant’s belongings must be able to fit in bedroom while keeping shared spaces functional and uncluttered.

Landlord lives in the house 4 days a week as well as one female tenant with a yellow lab. Tenant is home most nights. Bathroom would be shared between the two of you. Both of us are in our early 30’s and prefer a clean house although are not obsessive about it. I am outdoorsy and like to get out of the house often while tenant is more of a home body.
