Dillon's room

The room is on the second floor with great window views; by furnished we simply have a bed in the room but can easily put a TV and a dresser if needed. No one else lives on that floor. The house is 2 blocks from Target off Hampton Ave, a 5 minute walk from an incredible noodles restaurant, 4 blocks from The Hill and 4 blocks from Tower Grove park! In progress of creating a separate bathroom upstairs hopefully before the end of the year.

I live in the basement and Austin lives on the first floor. We’re both in the military so we typically don’t throw parties or spend much time at the house. The utilities would be split 3 ways!
