The house has a pool, and patio in backyard. Quiet older neighborhood, family and park down the street.

Looking preferably for 6 to 10 months stay/agreement.

Access to local shops and restaurants a minute away.

Looking for someone responsible and clean.

700 all bills paid. 350 deposit. Looking towards mid August.

The room will have a bed, tv and maybe a square shelf. Most stuff shown on pictures will be removed.

There will be one other roommate, female late 20s, professional. So female preference.

Quiet and stays to herself. Clean and respectful.
