Large 3 bedroom home with huge basement. 3 full bathrooms.

You would have the entire large finished basement area. It has a huge 800 sqfoot room with windows and premium vinyl flooring and full bathroom nearby with walk-in shower, private entrance/exit if you choose to use the basement sliding glass door and window where you can access the large fenced yard and pool. I will add a door for more privacy for the basement area if I end up renting it. Large driveway with street parking also. If you have a pet/pets we can discuss options. No smoking or vaping inside but don’t really care about it otherwise. prefer a non smoker.
