Ruby's room

This is a large private room furnished with a full sized bed, dresser and closet.

The full bath has been recently renovated and will be exclusively for your use. The monthly rent of $900 includes utilities, washer and dryer, a parking spot in the driveway, garage as storage and full kitchen access. I also have a Peloton bike available for your use, you must however pay for your own membership. We are very close to hwy 99, and only a 8 minute drive to hwy 5 via lathrop road. Stockton, Modesto and Tracy are all about a 15 to 20 minute drive from our home.

I do have 2 dogs, one large and one small. They are very quiet for the most part but they are dogs and will occasionally make noise. I work part-time and stay home with my infant during the week.

We have no problem with cannabis, I just ask to please smoke outside of the home as we have an infant. Please be mindful of any smells you may emit. Thank you!
