Unfurnished room in a large townhouse with shared bathroom, shared laundry and kitchen. It’s conveniently located with garage parking. I provide wifi and Netflix.

I work late shifts typically 2pm to 11pm. I’m quiet and pretty reclusive. My roommate is also very quiet and respectful. I lease this house and have a new lease due to go into effect July 1st. My roommates will be on the lease and consent to background checks. Time is of the essence for us. Without a third roommate we may have to leave.
