Brian's room

Older home built in 1950s with some quirks. 3 bedroom 2 bath house is located on a large lot with detached small garage and large backyard with lots of shade and foilage. There is a basement living room with washer and dryer. There is also sauna built in the basement and a working fireplace in the living room upstairs. Shared kitchen with shared room in cabinets and fridge. We have an electric range and large oven, and dishwasher recently replaced. Room for rent is on the second level and measures 12ftx9ft with two windows.

House is located near grocery stores, walking distance from local pubs and restaurants, and several major bus routes. Really easy to get to U district or Northgate Link. We have no problem commuting from the house, yet it stays very seculded. Would be perfect for someone with green thumb or plant parent.

Currently 3 people living in the house and we all work either mornings or evenings. We all work in the food industry and play video games on our off time. We usually keep to ourselves and mostly home bodies but obviously share the whole property together. I own 2 large friendly dogs but there is no shared responsibility. We allow more pets but everyone must agree to certain terms depending on pets. Condition and maintenance of house is shared responsibility of tenants as are all utilities. We all take one major bill and split the bills with each other so everyone has a shared responsibility. If there is an issue with the house its a shared responsibility to take it up with the landlord and we usually take turns communicating with them to fix whatever problem arises. There is no smoking in the house or on the property due rental agreement but edibles are ok. We all share equal responsibility for rent of house and is split equally amongst all tenants.
