This is an absolutely beautiful home constructed in 1993 and recently renovated, in a quiet and safe neighborhood and plenty of parks/open spaces nearby. ~Home location~ This home is in the Stetson Hills area by the intersection of Barnes and Peterson, and has quick access to the highway, so getting anywhere in the Springs in a short time is very feasible. By car, this home is located: -5 minutes from First & Main Town Center with plenty of eating, shopping, and entertainment like movies –16 minutes from Peterson SFB -23 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport -25 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs –31 minutes from the Air Force Academy -31 minutes from Ft. Carson -36 minutes from manitou Springs. ~About the home~ When you first walk through the vibrant red door, you’ll be greeted by beautiful hard wood floors and a large open dining room and family room. The 2nd floor feels much cozier with its bright colors and soft carpet beginning at the staircase and continuing to the bedrooms. The house has plenty of natural lighting throughout. The backyard is perfect for summer BBQs or just relaxing outside with a hammock. The house also includes an “office” on the 2nd floor, and the Basement, there is a desk and chair you are welcome to use in the basement for this. House will soon be protected by a Simplisafe system to include smart locks, so you have a private code. The house also has a ring doorbell and camera. 2 rooms are upstairs with carpet floors, and another in the basement with its own private bathroom, the rooms available upstairs share a bathroom, shower/tub, and a toilet. There’s spacious kitchen, living room that now has a 85“ tv with a fireplace and a dining area, a mudroom with a toilet, sink, washer, and dryer, parking in the driveway house with motion activated lighting, and a beautiful backyard with a deck, fire pit, and open area. ~Rooms~ Room availability is as follows:

~About the rent~ Security deposit is $200, utilities are included in your rental payment, so rent is a flat fee every month, which will make your budgeting much easier. First month’s rent, and security deposit are all due at signing. All in all, this is a truly beautiful home, and I hope to find roommates who will be respectful of this beautiful home, and be courteous to me, and my roommate.

About the roomies ~Current roommates~ I currently have a coworker who is very chill and keeps to himself usually but doesn’t mind doing activities together when time permits. I would love nothing more than to find another roommate that can help me continue this healthy home environment. ~What I’m looking for in a roommate~ At this time, I am unable to rent to couples, families, or anyone with children (regardless of custody). I am also looking to occupy my home with younger tenants (early 20s to mid 30s), as I’m in my early 20’s I will interview all possible renters first, then allow my current roommates to meet you and ask any questions that they may have. We are all either prior military, or have close ties with government work environments. I am looking for roommates that are good about keeping their area clean, will clean up after themselves, and are willing to take initiative to do chores around the house. Of course, I care about keeping our beautiful home clean, and you are more than welcome to use my air fryer, blender, rice cooker, and coffee machine, however I expect you to treat my belongings with respect and clean them as soon as you are done using them, I do not want to come home from a long day at work to wash dishes that are not mine, so please be respectful of other roommates, and to me. We are very clean in this home, and we intend to keep it that way. I am also looking for roommates that are comfortable with addressing issues before they grow into something that could have been avoided and can handle being a part of these conversations. I’m a very straightforward person and expect the same level of courtesy out of my roommates. My hobbies include going to the gym, camping, gaming, motorcycling, exploring the state (nature and cities), and trying new things. Finding a new roommate that’s into similar things is not a requirement but could be fun for all of us. I would really like someone that is comfortable with coming out of their room and spending time with the group
