Cirby Way

I am renting out a room in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. You would have your own private room and bathroom. We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood near Oakmont High School in Roseville. You would also have full access to the livingroom, kitchen and laundry room. Parking would be on the street no garage or driveway parking.

The house would be shared with my 14 year old son, our giant german shephard and myself. I am 40 years old and am a preschool teacher so I work M-F. My son plays football and rugby so we keep pretty busy with that when not at work or school. Our dog is a giant scaredy cat and warms up to people pretty quick as long as you are ok with large dogs. We are laid back, easy going and no drama which is what we are looking for in a roommate.
