Christian's room

I have an extra bedroom upstairs I’m considering renting out. I have an 8’ dresser, closet and queen bed with some end tables in the room already, along with direct access to a 12’ elevated deck. Full basement, ac, fire pit, trails and lakes. dishwasher, washer/dryer.

I live alone except when I have my 5yr old daughter, 3 days/week, she’s a gem. I’m a working professional and tidy/organized person. Pretty laid back and social.
