About the room
Quiet and relaxed place to live in Costa Mesa. The room is in a really nice townhome community centrally located in Orange County with easy access to the 55, 73, and 405 freeways. 4 miles from the beach. The property has 1.5 baths. The shower would be shared, but one of the bathrooms would be yours to use and I would use the other. All utilities included in the rent including internet (high speed and reliable).
The kitchen and all the appliances will be shared with me, and the living room including the TV will be shared as well. There’s a community pool you will have access to, and a nice little sunroom to relax in.
About the roomies
I’m a laid back, clean, and responsible person looking to rent out an extra room to a working professional. I’m currently the only one living here. I work remotely as a Software Engineer.
