About the room
It’s an ok little apartment, just need someone to fill the second room. You’d have to go through normal apartment stuff with the leasing office to move in( background check, application fee, etc.). Was suppose to have a friend move in with me, but sadly they have a lot on their plate at the moment so they cannot. On top of rent utilities will probably run you about $100-$150(eletric and internent).
About the roomies
Pretty good neighborhood, everyone is pretty friendly around here, theres a pool and a laundry room(not free) and its a couple minute drive to publix, home depot, walmart, etc.
