South Hazel Court

*note, I have two dogs (20lb and 40lb) in case that is an issue.

I am renting out my upstairs bedroom(s). There is also a full bath right next to the rooms that would be only yours.

There are two rooms, one is 11’1“ by 8’10“, the other is 7’9“ by 8’10“. $900 for one room. $1200 for both. My bedroom and bathroom are all downstairs (basement) so living space is separate except kitchen/living room and laundry room. *I have an extra queen bedframe/mattress also if you need it.

I pay bills (including internet) except electricity which would be split 50/50. Any TV or extras, you would need to cover as I only have internet.

House has central AC and Heat.

Laundry room is downstairs and has washer/dryer.

Full kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher etc.

Fully fenced, large, back, side and front yard. Corner lot. There is street parking directly in front of the house and a driveway.

I use the front half of the living room as a painting studio but the other side is basically ignored. There is a recliner and a chair but only the dogs use them currently. You can use that space however you want.

Limited storage space but I do have a storage room downstairs. Also there are two sheds in the backyard that are not full.

Street is quiet, mostly families. Close to Hampden which has quick access to Santa fe to get downtown. Also close to Broadway. There are grocery, hardware, restaurant etc places within 5-10min drive.

I am the only current resident. Plus my two dogs. I am 37, female, work full time as an engineer/manager, partly from a downtown office but mostly from home. (The larger room is my office at the moment but I will move the desk etc downstairs). I am in meetings constantly so can’t have loud music/TV etc going during work hours (8-5 ish depending). When I am not working I am usually painting upstairs in the living room, playing with the dogs, checking my veggie plants outside, or will be downstairs hanging out. I am an introvert who doesn’t go out much and doesn’t have ppl over to the house often. I will usually finish work then have an audio book going, a glass of wine, and just paint or work in the yard.
