The master bedroom has a private bathroom, a medium-sized closet, and a queen-sized memory-foam mattress with new bedsheets. The apartment is located in a low-crime neighborhood with many different kinds of small or medium-sized stores, as well as a subway station on the D line, within walking distance. It is also not located too close to a busy street or subway station. So we don’t hear loud noises (for NYC) from them. The apartment is a 3-bedroom apartment.

Requirements: $950/month (utilities not included), one month security deposit.

Help pay for utilities (heat, electricity, internet) which is usually about $30/month - $50/month for each occupant.
