I have an all-inclusive private room for rent at the back of my home just 3 blocks from the beach. You can take a ride up/down Pacific Coast Hwy to get to work all while enjoying the ocean view. At any time you can take a walk on the beach to decompress from a busy day at work. Time to relax and enjoy.
I do have a quiet home that is a 2 story, considered apartment but is more like a townhouse. I have a washer and dryer on site. The entrance is shared but once you open the front door you’ll immediately find the stairs that lead you to your private room. The bathroom is semi-shared with one other person. Our home is only 3 blocks from the beach, so you’ll be on the sand often enjoying the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. I like to keep to myself. I have a full time job and spend time with my Golden Retriever. Everyone here respects each other’s privacy.
Rent includes: Utilities, WiFi, TV w-Streaming Channels, W&D, cleaning and laundry supplies, paper goods, linens including towels for the bath & beach plus more.
The deposit is $600 and is refundable after deep cleaning and repairs/replacements, if needed, are completed. Rent is $1600 plus a monthly cleaning fee of $80. Cleaning is done weekly, this includes vacuuming, dusting and washing of all linens. I do run a background check. Total due every month is $1,680.
The room has a full size bed, a desk, TV and chair, glass cabinet, bench, night stands, full size closet, TV, computer screen and linens. We’ll share refrigerator space and pantry space, if needed. You do have access to the kitchen, kitchenware, dining room, living room, patio and front yard and downstairs half bath.
Full-time working parent. Love playing with our 2yr old Golden Retriever.
