West Girard Avenue

I am looking to fill a room in my 2-bed apartment on Girard Avenue near Broad in Francisville/Fairmount neighborhood. Move in date would be August 1st.

• RENT: $835 not including gas, electric or wifi
• The apartment is 1-2 min walking distance to subway and several bus stops -10 minute walk to Aldi’s, and Fairmount Ave
• Hard wood floors
• Central AC/Heating
• Front loading Washer and Dryer -Tons of sun into the living room and kitchen
• Shared Bathroom -I have some stuff in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom currently.

I’m 25 years old, completely my last year of grad school. I currently have a part-time job and internship. Between school and work, I’m pretty busy during the week and occasionally the weekend. Depending on my schedule I am fairly social, and usually go to the gayborhood or fishtown once per weekend. I clean to de-stress so I like to be neat but I’m not very picky about it. I don’t watch a lot of TV so you’re welcome to use the living room whenever. Also happy to hangout and chill whenever and wherever.
