This listing is for a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom home! Women only. The room up for rent is for the master bedroom, so you’ll have your own bathroom. This room comes furnished with a dresser and bed. You will need to provide your own mattress. If you have your own furniture you’d like to use instead we can make accommodations. The rest of the house will be shared and utilities are separate from the rent. Utilities will be split. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, living space, and a front and back porch. Hardwood flooring, there is carpet in the closet of your room. Minutes away from Downtown Greenville! I have two cats, so you must be cat friendly. Cannot accommodate any other animals.
