I’m currently renting a split 2 level house with 4 bedrooms (2 per floor) & 2 full baths (1 per floor). I have been living here for 2 years and my roommates are all moving out and am looking to replace them by getting someone in the other rooms. There is a living room area on both levels. The kitchen is upstairs and the laundry/storage room is on the lower level. I currently have stuff on both levels but willing to work out the furniture placement with you. We would share the laundry and kitchen space. I have a large dog, he loves to be around people but not other dogs or cats. He does shed so you’ll have to be tolerant of dog hair. The rent is $1750 total so if you’re ok with sharing a bathroom we could get others to bring the rent down ($1750/total roommates) I’m ok splitting it just the 2 of us as well that’s why it’s at $875. The house has a big fenced in backyard, garage, dishwasher, and central air. Lots of space

The current roommates are my dog, me and my last roommate who will be out in 2 weeks. I work a 8-5 M-F as an engineer at Aldevron. I’m 28 and pretty quiet as a roommate but easy to hold a conversation with. I like to play volleyball, go to the gym, play video games, and stay active. My dog is a 6 year old 100 lbs German Shepard who is very friendly towards people and is well behaved.
