Laverne Avenue

This 4 bedroom 1 bath house is 1600+ square feet and comes fully furnished. If you already have furniture there are a couple rooms to choose from then. I just stay in the master bedroom. The other 3 could be potentials. No pets allowed as my 2 cats don’t like other animals just people lol.

Just one person and two cats. I’m 28, male, no regular overnight guests. Work about 50 hours a week, gone from 9a-8p most days. I go to the gym if you need a gym buddy lol.
