4 bedroom split level house with a fenced in backyard. Rent is $400/month including utilities so long as you help with basic chores. Otherwise would be $550 so we can hire someone to help instead. I live in the room downstairs and use the bathroom down there. You’d use the bathroom upstairs and have it to yourself unless guests were also staying.

Female homeowner (27) works night shift and 50+ hours a week. Can be animal friendly but would require a meet and greet with animals to ensure there would be no issues. My dog loves playing with everyone and my cat pretty much stays on his own but sometimes demands cuddles.
