My husband and I are looking for a responsible roommate that will stay for the remainder of the lease that ends on April 1st 2024. He’s 30 and I’m 26. Rent is $400. Bathroom would be shared with an easy going professional woman who works for a hospital. More updated pictures will be posted on July 1st when we have completed moving in. This townhouse no longer has carpet. It is all hardwood. The company that rents out this property, H Co Properties, require you formally fill out an application to be approved and added to the lease once the intial interview process is completed with my husband and I via video call. Discord is preferred if you have it. VERY IMPORTANT, this townhouse is strictly non-smoking. It will violate the lease so if that is a deal breaker I would not apply. Unfortunately I have allergies so no pets. First months rent is $400 and the deposit is $400 so $800 would be owed upfront. This townhouse is only 4 minutes away from downtown which means it’s conveniently located in the center of Durham and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. My husband works as a salesman and I work in fast food and retail. I work a lot and am working on furthering my career right now. We are both financially intelligent people and have never missed a bill. We are extremely nerdy and enjoy most things superhero, animation, and anime. We also enjoy professional wrestling.
