East Superior Street

The apartment is the second and third level of a duplex on e superior st. the third level is a very large bedroom and the second level has two smaller bedrooms but still very spacious. We have one of the smaller rooms still available and are looking to find someone else asap otherwise heirloom(the management company) will continue showing the property to other groups interested. There’s laundry available in the basement, a gas stove, dishwasher, and it’s about 5-10 minutes away from most of the college campuses. I’m currently subleasing for the rest of the summer but once this lease is up i would like to start a new lease.

I’m currently attending LSC for one of their two year programs. Over this next year I plan on mostly working and only taking a few classes and then applying for the program next year. The other roommate doesn’t attend any school. We both work in healthcare and are under 21 but are open to anyone under 25.
