Room for rent Close to Ft. Carson (10 minutes away from Gate 20), Walmart, and restaurants. Partly furnished, includes a full bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand, and a lamp. You will be the only renter, so you will shared common areas with me such as bathroom, kitchen, laundry room. Utilities included as well as internet.

Cleanliness is very important to me. A good candidate will be someone respectful, clean after themselves, no partying, no having people overnight, and doesn’t work from home. Smoke outside only. Deposit required in case of any damage to property or furniture.
