Hi everyone! TLDR: Private room, shared bathroom in downtown Phoenix $950/month available early August. 2 dogs and no other pets allowed, women or non-binary people preferred. 💫 I am looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath ~1,000 sq ft house in the Encanto Neighborhood (in PHX near McDowell and 15th Ave). The shared spaces so living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished by me and feature a lot of pink! Features a large backyard with a semi shaded patio, a fire pit and storage garage, as well as a carport that can fit up to 5 cars. Your half of the rent would be $950 utilities not included, we’d spilt all of the utility bills equally. I have 2 friendly and anxious dogs so no other pets are allowed. I work from home so would prefer someone who doesn’t also wfh. I am clean, responsible and respectful and looking for a roommate who is the same! I am a Leo, lesbian, and prefer a roommate who is a woman or non-binary!
