Seeking a working roommate who can pass a background check, a credit check, has at least three pay stubs from a current job, no evictions and does not mind having a cat in the home. No hardcore drugs, marijuana is fine, absolutely no drinking in home.

This will be a 12 month lease, looking to have someone by February 1st and February 15th the latest..

$0 deposit, we need someone to consider the space asap. Wifi included, FPL anywhere from $40-$120. Currently have the current roommate in room, but these are pictures of the room beforehand. We will be assessing the room for damage after, if there is or any major damage, will inform immediately to discuss options.

There will be a $75, non-refundable, pre-room office check. They will be checking for evictions, background checks, credit checks, and whether you have work history. You must be working in order to have this check as well. They will only accept a money order.

Please no children. This is not a child friendly home, there are stairs and hight dangers for small children. Please no other pets, this home has an ESA working animal, please be aware of black cat, she is incredibly shy and usually only stays with me or in living room. This constitutes as an allergy warning, THERE IS A CAT.

Two roommates in a 3 bdr, 2.5 bathroom home; shared upstairs bathroom. First roommate [31 M] leaves by 10:00 a.m. and works out near Boca Raton. Usually returns home by 9:00 pm to 12 pm, respectfully quiet when he does.

Second roommate [30 M], generally works a day shift anywhere from 6am to 7pm. Usually returns home late due to walking home. Has an black ESA cat that goes about the home. Does not go into other people’s room unless allowed to. Returns home as respectfully quiet as possible as second roommate is a bit deaf.

Generally chill, but strict about bills. Rent has to be on time and so do bills. COMMUNICATION IS KEY, we keep a group chat to update on due dates and changes. As of now, the break down is:
