Primrose's room

The house is a 3 bedroom house with living, dining and a garage. lots of outdoor space and parking on the property. The property is located in the quiet Bear Creek neighborhood Month to month rental is available, the room is fully furnished with a Bed, Desk, Private Closet, and bathroom, shared use of the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and Laundry Room/Garage. Utilities, Wifi, and use of my streaming channels are included. I do not currently have any pets but I do have indoor plants and clean regularly. The room unit is on the same level as everything else in the house, There are large and small public parks nearby with Tennis courts, playgrounds, running tracks, and a Baseball field, The street is quiet with plenty of open, free, street parking. The house is within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Off-street parking, on-street parking, and a garage is available if needed.

I Live on the property along with my Adult son. We are generally very quiet folks and are usually out or at work.
