This beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac has a room for rent. It is a private room in a 4 bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story house located in Port Orchard. Family-friendly neighborhood with nearby parks and trails. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. Rent is due the first of each month with a one-time deposit due before first month. Home amenities include a dishwasher, central heating, a washer and dryer, driveway parking, and High-Speed internet. The bathroom is shared and the room has tons of closet space. I’m open to painting the room if you don’t like the colors. Pets are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

P: Hi, I’m a management professional working in Pierce County. I like to play board games and spend time with my family. I am tidy and quiet, and my daughter spends every other week with me. She has her own room. I’m very easygoing and want you to feel at home here. All common areas of the house are ours to share. I don’t own any pets as of right now, but I love animals.
