ROOM IS AGE RESTRICTED Condo is in an 55+ community in a quiet part of Palm Beach Gardens. Must submit application and pass a background check. Females only please. The room has a closet and comes with its own updated bathroom. Shared spaces are: updated kitchen with brand new appliances, there is a small dining area, living room, a covered screen enclosure patio that looks over a small canal and a covered parking space. The room/condo has access to the Meridian Park community pool and Residents center with plenty of activities. $1000 for the room covers the water, internet and cable, but not the electric bill, tenant will be responsible for half of that. The condo is located right behind the Promande Shopping center, close to the Palm Beach Gardens hospital. Close to the beach and centrally located from Jupiter/Juno and West Palm Beach.

Current tenet is a single female. She is retired hairdresser. Quiet and enjoys spending most of her time, reading, listening to music, watching a good show, swimming, and spending time with her family.
