We have a Furnished room available for rent for student/young professional. The house is in a quiet and safe residential area of Huntington Hills on the South side of FOCO. Close to the Max line and FRCC, and Fossil Creek Park. House includes 3 bathrooms, big fully stocked kitchen with big fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Deck w/BBQ Grill and view over yard and open space in the back. Big Screen TV room, reading room, 2 car garage w/ extra freezer. Big washer and dryer. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewage, high speed internet) not included and cost shared among other tenants. Room is furnished with bed and mattress, desk, desk chair, night stand and lamps. Room is ready for move in on 1-August-2023. Rent Contract will be till 31-July 2024. One month refundable deposit required.
About the roomies
We are two brothers (23 & 25), along with a friend (23) looking for another room mate. We full time professionals and senior student at CSU.
