For a single female, super clean furnished room for rent with full private bath. Private room + private bathroom, laundry in unit, parking available, pool, etc. I am renting a single room with full bath to student or professional. Located in Marina Hills and close to Laguna Beach. It is about a only few minute drive to the ocean.

• Rent will be paid month to month. No commitment to contract. No smoking / no pets please. One month deposit required.
• I am more than happy to leave the room furnished, or remove everything or partial before move-in. Either way works with me.

I would say I’m easy going and have a positive attitude. Friendly but respectful of the privacy of others. I love to cook, garden, hike, practice yoga, and love the arts.
