Hey guys! I’m renting out a room at my house in North Highlands near the antelope border. It’s near American River College, 15-20 minutes from Sierra college, 20-30 min from Sac State, and pretty close to multiple shopping centers. There’s a pool and all common areas are to your disposal including living room, kitchen, and laundry. Theres home security system as well. The room is upstairs. You will share the upstairs bathroom with one other person. Move in date would be as soon as possible. Room is unfurnished. All the utility bills will be separate from rent and will be split in 4 ways since it will vary by month :)) We have cats in the house so being pet friendly is a must. Me and 2 other girls are living at the house. I’m in school/working full time. The other 2 roomies are working full time as well. We’re all cat moms and love our fur babies. We like to keep a chill environment and are all easy going and down for whatever. We like to keep the place pretty neat and have a mutual agreement on splitting the load. We’re looking for someone who’s chill and wants to live in a peaceful environment where we’re able to decompress and be ourselves.
